We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with our product, you can send it back to us within 30 days of your order for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping fees). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Here is what to do:

  1. Email us your order number at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your return request to be started. We will then email you your RMA to begin the return process, which will include our return address - please send us the unused product.
  2. Once you have the RMA, pay the return postage and send it back to us - we recommend getting tracking numbers to ensure your return arrives to us on time, within the 30-day window which begins from the time your order is delivered. If you do select tracking, please email us the tracking number so we can process your refund as quickly as possible.
  3. Upon our receipt of your returned product, we’ll refund you to the last penny (not including your return shipping costs or any associated shipping fees from your order).


This free refund policy applies only to the first purchase of the product. Please allow for adequate credit card processing for your refund to issue.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
